These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Swift Billing Solutions, LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We are a Texas limited liability company based in Austin, Texas.
These Terms apply to swiftbillingsolutions.com (the “Site”), any client or patient portal we provide, and our phone, email, and text communications. Together, these are called the “Services” in these Terms.

Our standard billing model uses a flat percentage of collections, with no setup fees or long-term contracts.
No guaranteed payment Payers make the final payment decisions. We do not guarantee reimbursement.
Texas law Texas law governs disputes, which must be brought in the courts of Travis County, as explained below.
By using the Site or Services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you use the Services for a practice or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or Services.
We provide revenue cycle management and practice support services for healthcare providers. These include:
Eligibility verification and prior authorizations.
Medical coding, charge entry, and claim submission.
Payment posting, denial management, and accounts receivable (A/R) follow-up.
Patient billing, credentialing, and payer enrollment.
Front-office support, reporting, and medical transcription.
Website and marketing support.
Each client engagement is covered by a written Service Agreement. When protected health information (PHI) is involved, a BAA also applies.
If these Terms conflict with a signed Service Agreement or BAA, the signed Service Agreement or BAA takes priority.
Service descriptions on the Site are general summaries. Your Service Agreement explains the work, goals, and dates that apply to your practice.
The Site and Services are intended for adults aged 18 or older, including healthcare providers and their staff using them for business purposes.
Patients may use our patient-facing services to ask about statements or make payments. They may only use these services for their own accounts or accounts they have legal authority to manage.
We take a flat percentage of your monthly collections, with no setup costs or long-term contracts.
Active billing clients get several services like credentialing, website building and marketing help included at no additional cost. See your Service Agreement for what is covered.
All prices, quotes, revenue audits and projections given on the Site or in advance of the execution of a Service Agreement are solely for informational purposes. They do not constitute an offer.
The final costs, billing schedule, payment conditions and notice periods are detailed in your signed Service Agreement.
We may alter our advertised rates at any time. A price change will not affect a signed Service Agreement unless both parties agree in writing.
Accurate billing depends on complete and correct information. Client practices are responsible for:
Timely submission of complete and accurate patient and insurance information, healthcare records, and charge data
Verifying that billable procedures were medically necessary, performed and accurately documented by the treating provider.
Keeping current licenses, enrolments and credentials and notifying us immediately of any changes.
Giving us the system, clearinghouse and payer portal access we require, without compromising their own login information.
Timely review of our reports and queries or concerns.
Compliance with their own obligations as a covered entity under HIPAA and applicable payer regulations.
We work to improve clean claims, reduce denials and support collections. But the final choices on coverage, payment, credentialing and enrollment are made by payers. And their reaction times differ as well.
We do not guarantee any specific payment amount, collection rate, approval, credentialing outcome, search ranking, or any other outcome.
Examples, case studies, statistics, and estimations on the Site are not indicative of future results or consequences. There is no guarantee of identical results for your practice.
Articles, guides, blog posts, and other Site content are for general information only. They do not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice or create a professional relationship.
Billing rules and payer policies change. Please seek advice from a qualified professional when making decisions for your practice.
When we send statements, answer calls, or accept patient payments, we act on behalf of the patient’s healthcare provider.
Your balance depends on your provider’s charges and how your insurance plan processes them. Please get in touch with your provider if you have questions about your care.
Secure payment providers that meet PCI payment security standards process payments. Payments are applied to your account with your healthcare provider.
Your healthcare provider decides on refunds, payment plans, and balance disputes. We can help direct your request to the right person.
When you provide your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, or text about your inquiry, account, or the Services.

When we process PHI for a client practice under a signed BAA, we act as a business associate under HIPAA.
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all express or implied warranties. These include warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
This means we do not promise that the Site will meet a particular need, always be available, be free of errors or harmful components, or avoid infringing others’ rights. This section does not limit specific promises in a signed Service Agreement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Swift Billing Solutions and its officers, employees, affiliates, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Site or these Terms. This applies even if we were told such losses could happen.
Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site will not exceed US$100.
Each client’s Service Agreement alone sets the liability terms for services provided to that practice.

Your misuse of the Site or Services.
Your breach of these Terms.
Your violation of a law or another party’s rights.
Texas law and applicable federal law govern these Terms. Rules that would require another state’s laws to apply do not apply here.
Please get in touch with us first if you have a dispute. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve it informally within 30 days.
If we cannot resolve it, any legal case must be brought in a state or federal court in Travis County, Texas. You agree to those courts’ authority over the case.
Disputes under a signed Service Agreement follow the dispute terms in that agreement.
We may suspend or end your access to the Site or a portal at any time if you breach these Terms or if needed to protect the Services, our clients, or patients.
Client engagements end according to the notice terms in the signed Service Agreement.
Terms that are meant to continue after access or services end will remain in effect. These include intellectual property rights, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, and governing law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and change the “Last Updated” date. By continuing to use the Site after we post changes, you agree to the revised Terms.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy form the full agreement about your use of the Site, except where a signed Service Agreement or BAA applies. Severability If part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest will remain in effect.
No waiver If we do not enforce a term, we still have the right to enforce it later.
